Reading between the chaotic, blood-soaked lines of the writing on the wall, you discern something about the Brennan room. It seems worth checking out. Besides, it’s your only lead and you’re not keen to hang out with Mary much longer, in case you share the same fate as her friend on the floor. 

The experience has left you shaken and barely able to believe what you’ve seen. Mary’s half-mad ravings echo in your mind, trying to make some kind of sense of it all. 

Your footsteps seem to echo particularly loudly in the silence. The walk across campus to the Brennan room feels tense – it genuinely feels like you’re being watched, although every time you glance behind you there is not a soul around. 

You decide it’s best to call the police and drop them a brief, anonymous tip. However, the voice on the other end of the line of the emergency line is strange and…less than helpful.
