The scene before you is like your worst nightmare: Kat stands atop a precarious pile of books, noose around her neck, gagged and terrified.

The professor (or whatever truly stands before you) welcomes you to his workshop and invites you to play one last game – hangman.

The rules are simple:

1. For every incorrect letter, he will remove a book from the pile. You have maybe three or four books until the rope is taught enough to hang her

2.  When you think you have collected enough correct letters to correctly guess his name, you have only one guess, and one guess only, at his name.

3. If you win, the demon possessing the Professor promises to leave his body, and allow Kat to live.

4. If you lose, he will kill Kat and eat your soul…
